Information on The Lodge

Pauline's Lodge, which was erected in 1981, is traditionally built with a country theme in a beautiful woodland setting. The centre is centrally heated throughout with the dorms, kitchen, hall, toilets and showers on the first first floor level.  On the ground floor level is the TRACS (computer suite/meeting room), tuck shop, activity area and campsite crew facilities.

The lodge provides accommodation for up to 38 in four dormitories plus two separate leaders' rooms of 5 beds each. A total of 48 beds in the lodge.

The main hall (35'x 40') provides a good area for recreation activities and includes a quiet area. There is a built in ceiling projector and screen for presentations/training events.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen and wash up area with sinks, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc. There is cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils for fifty. The centre has wash basins, toilets and showers.

The accommodation is not suitable for wheel chair users.
